Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 7 of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint

Anthony Patrick Walsh

retiring District Court Judges, each to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for terms of two years commencing on 15 January 2019 and 20 March 2019 respectively; and

Christopher John McGuire

Peter John Butler

retiring District Court Judges, each to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, each for a term of two years commencing on 15 January 2019 and 20 March 2019 respectively.
