Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 October 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Marilyn Van Asch, in respect of Village Kids Havelock North Baby Centre (55491), situated at 144 Te Mata Road, Havelock North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
