Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 February 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Sagni Prasad, in respect of Children’s Ward Play Service (60063), situated at Heretaunga Building, Hutt Hospital, Lower Hutt Central, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
