Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 May 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Shona Ua-Marsh, in respect of Giggles Town ’n’ Country Childcare (40297) situated at Seeka Kiwifruit Industries, 1 Gridley Road, Te Puke.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
