Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000 Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, has been pleased to appoint

Mark Eversfield Perkins, retired Employment Court Judge

to be an Acting Judge of the Employment Court for a term of 12 months commencing on 28 December 2018.
