Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 7 of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint

Brian Hamish Struthers Neal

Paul Whitehead

retired District Court Judges, each to be an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of two years commencing on 1 March 2019; and

Anne-Marie Josephine Bouchier

John Enoka Macdonald

retired District Court Judges, each to be an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, each for a term of two years commencing on 1 March 2019; and

Alexander James Twaddle

retired District Court Judge to be an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of two years commencing on 22 December 2018; and

Sharon Elizabeth Couper McAuslan

Charles Stuart Blackie

retired District Court Judges, each to be an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, each for a term of two years commencing on 14 January 2019 and 22 January 2019 respectively; and

Dale Fleur Clarkson

retired District Court Judge to be an Acting District Court Judge for a term of two years commencing on 1 March 2019.
