Pursuant to section 398(2) of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the adoption of Amendments to joint food standards under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code Notice, which was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 30 October 2018.

The joint food standard comes into effect on 27 November 2018.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (“ANZFSC”) can be found at: http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx.

The ANZFSC can be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
