Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Councillor Sharon Roche, terminate the state of local emergency declared on Thursday 1 February 2018 at 1.00pm for Buller District, owing to flooding.

The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect immediately on the making of this declaration.
