Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 1 December 2018 to 1 June 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Amending a Notice—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2018, Notice No. 2018-go4808).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Nelson Marlborough District Health Board”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Dr Richard Tranter, psychiatrist, of Nelson”
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Dr Joseph Stephen Babinski, Consultant Psychiatrist, of Nelson”.
