Under section 98A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby replace the notice titled “Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Rai Valley Area School (291)” (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 2013, Issue No. 167, Notice No. 2013-go7861) and its subsequent amendment notice (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 April 2016, Issue No. 34, Notice No. 2016-go2166), and return the Rai Valley Area School Board of Trustees to the standard constitution under section 94 of the Education Act 1989.

All current elected, appointed, and co-opted trustees will remain in office until the date that the newly elected trustees take office following the first election under the standard constitution.

This notice shall come into effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
