Pursuant to section 51B of the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (“Act”), notification is hereby given of the required notice (“notice”) under section 51B(2)(a) of the Act.

The notice authorises the manner in which a statement, made under section 51A, must be made. The previous notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 2018, Notice No. 2018-go4976 is hereby revoked.
