as a health practitioner member of the Midwifery Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and

Melanie Tarrant

Theodora Baker

as layperson members of the Midwifery Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice.
