Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) and as relevant Schedule 5, clause 1(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed to the Commerce Commission:

Susan Janice Begg, of Wellington

as a member and Deputy Chairperson, for a term commencing on 16 June 2019 and ending on 15 June 2021;

Elisabeth Patrice Welson, of Wellington

as a member, for a term commencing on 1 October 2018 and ending on 31 March 2020.

Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed to the Commerce Commission:

John Lewis Crawford, of Auckland

as an associate member, for a term commencing on 19 November 2018 and ending on 18 November 2021, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, and the Telecommunications Act 2001; and

Sarah Jennifer Court, of South Australia

as an associate member under the cross-appointment arrangement with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, for a term commencing on 10 September 2018 and ending on 30 April 2023, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
