Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that on 26 June 2018 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, that Brian Robert Ellis be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of 6 months and 12 days commencing 26 June 2018.
