Pursuant to section 5 and the Schedule of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990, the Governor-General of New Zealand and Minister of Transport appoint

Stephen Davies Howard

to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission as the Deputy Chief Commissioner for a term commencing on 1 November 2018 and ending on 31 October 2023.
