Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General, on my advice as responsible Minister, has reappointed

Anthony Murray Hill

as Health and Disability Commissioner, for a term of two years commencing on the date of appointment.

This reappointment was made by way of written notice to the Health and Disability Commissioner (with a copy to the entity), pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
