I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice under section 324(3) of the Companies Act 1993 that on 29 January 2018 I became aware that Mortgage No.C535697.1, granted to John Sullivan Restaurants Limited (subsequently renamed Sullivan Family Enterprises Limited) as mortgagee, registered against Certificate of Title NA2074/69, North Auckland Land District, vested in the Crown under section 324(1) of the Act, following Sullivan Family Enterprises Limited being removed from the Register of Companies on 25 July 2001.
