as Chair and a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a term of office from 4 October 2018 to 31 August 2021; and appoints

Susannah Adair Staley, of Dunedin

as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority, pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for a term of office from 4 October 2018 to 31 August 2021.
