Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5(1)(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 7(1) of the WorkSafe New Zealand Act 2013, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed

James Ross Wilson, of Wellington

as the Chairperson of the WorkSafe New Zealand Board, for a term commencing on 1 October 2018 and expiring on 30 September 2021; and as a member of the WorkSafe New Zealand Board, for a term commencing on 16 December 2019 and expiring on 30 September 2021.

Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 7(1) of the WorkSafe New Zealand Act 2013, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed

Janis (Jan) Mary White, of Wellington

as a member of the WorkSafe New Zealand Board, for a term commencing on 1 October 2018 and expiring on 30 September 2021.
