Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed the Rangitikei District Council to have the control and management of the Ohingaiti Cemetery, being WN 306/106 Lot 1, DP 6359, Wellington Land District, as from the date of signing.
