Pursuant to section 101D of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 14 September 2018 election for a student representative for the Taradale High School (215) Board of Trustees and require a new election to be held on 22 March 2019.

The student representative who held office on the date of the invalid student election remains in office until the close of 28 March 2019.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
