Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2017, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Jeanne Denham be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor, for a period of three years from 29 September 2017.
