Pursuant to section 425 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give notice that I have entered into an integration agreement with Te Rūnanga o Tūranganui ā Kiwa in respect of Tūranga Tangata Rite, Gisborne, which will be established as a Year 9-11 state integrated school.

The integration agreement was executed on 30 August 2018.
