Pursuant to section 31 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 250 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:

Craig James Thompson, retiring District Court Judge,

to be an acting District Court Judge, and also to be an alternate Judge of the Environment Court for a term of two years commencing on 26 October 2018.
