Under section 280(1) of the Gambling Act 2003, I establish a new Lottery Distribution Committee named the Lottery Fund for Community Benefit Related to the 2021 America’s Cup. The purpose of the committee is to create community benefit throughout Aotearoa from Auckland hosting the 2021 America’s Cup.

The establishment of the above-named committee is effective from the date of this notice.
