Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 February 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Diane Giles, in respect of Peninsula Montessori Pre-School (10185), situated at 18 Stokes Avenue, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
