Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Tiana Fauolo, in respect of Malamalama Moni Laiti (45451), situated at 10–12 Waihi Place, Highbury, Palmerston North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
