Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 June 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Lynette Park, in respect of Educarents (46920), situated at 23 Alma Street, Buxton Square, Nelson CBD, Nelson.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
