Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 February 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Janet Sinclair, in respect of E Tipu e Rea Early Learning Centre (70308), situated at 240 Breezes Road, Aranui, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
