Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I give notice that on 19 August 2018, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and Chris Hipkins, Minister of Education, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act (restrictions on borrowing), for:

• Ponsonby Primary School Board of Trustees;
• Lemonwood Grove School Board of Trustees;
• Monte Cecilia Catholic School Board of Trustees; and
• St Joseph’s Catholic School Board of Trustees

to each enter into debt servicing obligations (including finance leases) within specified limits, where the total annual cost of repaying all outstanding borrowings exceeds the limit set by Regulation 12(1) of the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations 2005.
