Pursuant to section 433 of the Education Act 1989 (“Act”), I hereby give notice that the integration agreement between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and The Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Auckland (“Proprietor”) in respect of Hato Petera College, Auckland (33) has been cancelled under section 427(1)(c) of the Act.

This agreement was signed on 23 February 1981 by the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen and the Proprietor.

This cancellation will take effect from 31 August 2018.
