Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 2 August 2018 of the Animal Products Notice: Regulated Control Scheme – Bivalve Molluscan Shellfish for Human Consumption, which comes into force on 13 August 2018.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace, PO Box 2526, Wellington.
