The Minister of Health has appointed, under section 11 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, for terms of office commencing on the date of the publication of this notice and ending on 31 March 2020, the following as panel members of the Health and Disability System Review:

Dr Lloyd McCann

Dr Margaret Southwick

Dr Winfield Bennett

and has extended Chair Heather Simpson’s term of office to end on 31 March 2020.
