1. AIC Retail Finance Limited (formerly Auric Finance Limited) (company number 96543) was removed from the Register of Companies on 18 July 2006 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”); and
2. Mortgage No. B45233.1 registered against certificate of title NA48C391 (North Auckland Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
