Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that DairyNZ Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and that DairyNZ Incorporated represents the sector comprising dairy farmers who produce milk from cows for supply to dairy processors, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
