Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that Beef + Lamb New Zealand Limited meets the criteria in section 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and that Beef + Lamb New Zealand Limited represents the sheepmeat and beef producers sector, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
