Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, the Honourable Sir William Young, the Administrator of the Government, hereby appoint

Simon John Botherway

as a member of the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation for a term commencing on 1 August 2018 and ending on 30 September 2021; and

Henk Berkman

as a member of the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation for a term commencing on 1 October 2018 and ending on 30 September 2022; and

Catherine Margaret Drayton

as a member of the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation for a term commencing on 1 November 2018 and ending on 30 September 2022.
