Pursuant to section 195D(1) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give notice that I am dissolving the council of Unitec Institute of Technology and appointing a commissioner to act in place of the council.

The dissolution of the council and appointment of the commissioner take effect on 23 July 2018.
