Pursuant to section 101D of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare valid the 7 June 2018 by-election of parent representatives for:

Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Puau Te Moananui-a-Kiwa Board of Trustees.

The elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election remain in office until the close of 7 June 2018.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
