Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 May 2013, which was granted under those regulations to Rumatiki Lynda Trinny Turoa (Henry), in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Taumata Poihipi (35029), situated at 182–190 Taupō Road, Taumarunui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
