Pursuant to Regulations 32(1)(d)(i) and 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 September 2011, which was granted under those regulations to Janet Catto, in respect of The Toybox Royal Oak Ltd (20554), situated at 878 Manukau Road, Onehunga, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
