Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in part of the balance remnant land in Computer Freehold Register SA20/263 described as Sections 1 & 2 SO 508217 with a total combined area of 3.2281ha. The registered proprietor of that reversionary interest being New Zealand Agricultural Company Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in 1909.
