Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 18 December 2017 the Honourable Dr David Clark, Associate Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Grant Robertson, Associate Minister of Arts, Culture and Heritage, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Te Papa, via Mahuki Tahi Limited, to acquire shareholdings of up to six per cent in companies participating in the 2017 Mahuki programme.
