Pursuant to sections 11 and 14 of the District Court Act 2016 His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint

Tinimiraka Victoria Clark , barrister and solicitor

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 10 August 2018.
