I, David Christopher Bowden, Acting Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

1. Sunline Construction Limited (company number 45099, formerly (among other names) Onehunga Construction Company Limited) was removed from the Register of Companies on 21 December 1999 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”); and
2. Mortgage No. A447295, granted to Sunline Construction Limited, as mortgagee, registered against Certificate of Title NA64D/970 (North Auckland Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
