I, David Christopher Bowden, Acting Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

1. Paisley Finance Limited was removed from the Register of Companies on 8 April 1998 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”); and
2. Mortgage No. 860292.1, granted to Paisley Finance Limited, as mortgagee, registered against Certificate of Title WNF2/1396 (Wellington Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
