Pursuant to sections 35 and 36 of the State Sector Act 1988, the State Services Commissioner has reappointed

Andrew Lance Kibblewhite

as the Chief Executive, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, from 25 June 2018 to 31 January 2019, following acceptance by the Governor-General in Council of the Commissioner’s recommendation; and

Helene Elizabeth Quilter

as the Secretary of Defence and Chief Executive, Ministry of Defence, from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019, following acceptance by the Governor-General in Council of the Commissioner’s recommendation; and

Julie Read

as the Director and Chief Executive, Serious Fraud Office, from 21 October 2018 to 30 June 2019, following acceptance by the Governor-General in Council of the Commissioner’s recommendation.

Pursuant to section 37 of the State Sector Act 1988, the State Services Commissioner has reappointed

Elizabeth (Liz) Mary MacPherson

as the Government Statistician and Chief Executive, Statistics New Zealand, from 26 August 2018 to 22 August 2021.
