Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, David Bowden, Acting Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 25 May 2018, Natasha Barnett, Group Manager, Resourcing, Ministry of Education and Diana Cook, Manager, Education and Skills, The Treasury, both acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Education and the Minister of Finance respectively, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for St Kevin’s College and Upper Hutt College Boards of Trustees to acquire shares in Outdoor Education New Zealand Limited up to an aggregate maximum value of $1 each.
