In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Clelands Timber Ltd from compliance with Regulation 11.37 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 30 May 2018.
