In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Contact Energy Ltd from compliance with Regulation 16.31 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 6 June 2018.
